Resolved - The unusually high number of updates has been confirmed as legitimate. This spike was caused by updates to a parent record, which then triggered corresponding updates to all child episode records. This cascade effect resulted in the update spike reported by some customers. The number of updates will vary by customer, based on your entitled data set but could be as many as 270,000 additional updates.
